This gorgeous home is centered around an enormous, 50-foot diameter, open-air rancho perched right above the ocean with a new pool overlooking the surf. A private stair leads down to the sandy beach and tide pools. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

Stunning views of the volcano range including 4 active volcanoes and all the peace of the country make this a quiet getaway. It's location halfway between Leon and Managua also make it ideal. Our guests enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures in Leon before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down with a good book by the pool. Personal taxi service from airport or Managua to the property for an additional fee.

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
