This is a studio apartment in the first luxury apartment complex in El Paredón. It comes with kitchen, bathroom, and private terrace. The complex is built for security and privacy and has Starlink with 4 routers. The second floor has a unique pool with swim up bar and BBQ area. The 4th floor offers a community sundeck for yoga, massage or private sunbathing. The 1st floor has a full AC gym, a billard room with a home theater and a parking area. There is also a covered sport court with lights.

Open-air everything allows ocean breezes and the palm covered second story provides privacy while still having that open air feel.

An ocean-front option for adventurous travelers—the feeling camping with comforts of home! Rental includes day passes to Playa 14 for all guests(only valid for 1 day) where you’ll find delicious food & drinks, kid-friendly shallow pools or adult-only swimming area/ cabañas. The RV comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with a king-sized loft bed & a queen-sized bed in the back bedroom. Couch & dinette can be converted into sleeping spaces for children.

Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
