Logement conforme au descriptif et aux attentes dans un quartier agréable, calme et tranquille. A noter la parfaite organisation avec des informations extrêmement claires tant pour l'arrivée que pour le départ.

Une résidence propre et calme. L’appartement a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. C’était fonctionnel et c’est ce que nous recherchions! Les conditions d’accueil nous ont vraiment plu ! Le côté réactif d’Umnia est top! Je recommande vivement !

Gorgeous villa, the villa is even more impressive than the photos and the pool and gardens are beautiful. Amine was a perfect and friendly host, accommodating early check in, was super responsive over what's app, and helped us with recommendations and questions whilst we were there. I recently spent one night and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The studio was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Dalia et sa maman ont été super accueillantes et réactives que ce soit pour notre arrivée très tardive ou régler le problème de wifi, tout a été facile ! La maison est vraiment très bien équipée, la piscine et la proximité avec la plage permettent de vraiment passer un excellent séjour ! Nos enfants ont adoré, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est confortable, propre et très bien équipé, son emplacement est idéal (nouveau quartier entre Casablanca et Mohamedia) et nous avons été agréablement surpris par le calme. L'hôte était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Hautement recommandé.

Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything! If I am ever back here , this is the only apartment I want to stay!

Excellent accueil par Saïda pour le studio très bien situé à Casablanca pour explorer différents quartiers. Le logement était propre et très bien aménagé, je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Laila was a great host and very responsive. She was able to accommodate us on short notice. It is an artistically designed rental. Good value for this price point. Pros: overall clean, location, space, appearance, parking, and more Cons: shower hot water is limited and sporadic.
