A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. Double bed 1.60 x 2.00 mts. Panoramic View of the sea. It can be arranged upon request a cot - park for children under two years. 1 double bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom. Attic: 1 single bedroom + extra bed. General: - Kitchen equipment : fridge-freezer, Induction Stove, Oven , Microwave , Dishwasher , sandwich maker, electric juicer, minipimer with all accessories, food Electric Griddle, Electric Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pantry, Kitchen Utensils and crockery for 6 people. - Solana: Hanger, sink for washing clothes, Washer, Dryer. La casa de Eni

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

Chalet Ecowine

Este chalet único tiene un increíble espacio exterior que cuenta con piscina, zona de barbacoa y grandes espacios ajardinados y de exuberante arboleda por la que pasear y disfrutar de las excelentes vistas. Cuenta también con zona de comedor exterior. En el interior encontraras un cálido y acogedor espacio donde podrás disfrutar de la chimenea. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y dan todas al jardín. La cocina es amplia y esta completamente equipada. La casa cuenta con tres baños y dos aseos

Am Puls der Zeit - Tradition und Avantgarde

Geschäftiges Treiben oder Ruhepol, mit oder ohne Auto, zentral und doch individuell. Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. Dazu kommen eine eigene Terrasse, High-Speed-Internet, Satelliten-TV, ein extra breites Bett und eine Nachbarschaft, in der man in das wahre Leben der Kanaren eintauchen kann.

Loft Arena Negra

Este moderno loft de 100 m² se encuentra en un pintoresco pueblo de estilo griego, tallado en roca volcánica. Situado en una reserva natural, está entre una cala de arena negra y una dorada. Tufia es perfecta para nadar y practicar snorkel. Además, ofrece paisajes impresionantes y una rica historia. Explora los acantilados y los hermosos alrededores que alguna vez fueron hogar de los primeros habitantes de la isla, y vive una experiencia única que combina naturaleza y tranquilidad.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

GRAN CANARIA 🏝️"StrawberryBeach forever" apartamento de 120m cuadrados, situado en el acantilado, en una zona segura y tranquila! Por la noche se puede observar las luces de la ciudad. Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.

Spectacular private penthouse in front of the sea and on top of a building, with private swimming pool with massage jets and gorgeous terrace. Once covered with roof on top where you can have your dinners, lunch or breaksfast and the other one beside the swimming pool, under the sun with table confortable for 6 persons and 2 sunbathe. There is no construction beside our building since september 2023

Martha's Holiday Home

Martha's Holiday Home is located in Telde, on the east coast of Gran Canaria, in a small town about 2km from the sea. The neighborhood is peaceful and has communal pool and sports facilities. High-speed Wi-Fi internet access is available for free. Martha has her main residence in France, therefore guests will mostly interact with her children, Marcel and Miriam, who live in Gran Canaria.

Amazing villa with a small pool surrounded by a spectacular garden with barbecue, wood oven, solarium with hammocks. The house has a small gym, washing machine, dryer, wifi, beach towels, large kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, fridge. Cozy living room with a bed sofa for 2 people. There is a public swimming pool just 20 meters from the house.
