The house is just a couple of minutes walk from al-Hussein and al-Azhar mosques, inviting guests to experience this part of the city in a far more intimate way than tourists typically have the chance to. Stay in our authentic Egyptian flat and enjoy a unique view overlooking the historical center of Cairo. Dive into Islamic history that goes back into Fatimid and Mamluk times. We are surrounded by al-Hakim Mosque, Muqattam Mountain, al-Azhar Park, al-Hussain Mosque, Saladin Citadel and Bait al-Suhaimi, which you can all see directly from the balcony. Our vivid neighborhood is full of cafés, shops, restaurants and only 5 minutes of walking distance away from Khan al-Khalili Bazar.

In a Family owned building and in one of Cairo's oldest neighbourhood; a simple one bedroom apartment with a beautiful garden -Greenery is not common for Cairo downtown- the place is fully furnished and has all what you need to have a memorable experience. The neighborhood is very central very easy access and very safe night and day. You will be welcomed by myself or any one of my family member who will be there to accommodate you, a Concierge is available for small services.
