Beautiful newly built house. Just 5 minutes from the San Felipe boardwalk. Excellent location. On San Felipe highway. It has 5 bedrooms, TV in each room with access to stream channels. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Two full bathrooms inside and two half bathrooms outside with outdoor shower. Private parking for up to ten vehicles. Pool, wading pool and barbecue area. Capacity up to 25 people. After 25 people there is a charge of $25 USD per additional person per night
