Transient Occupancy Taxes are collected by host and passed to City of South Lake Tahoe. Taxes are 12% of rental amount (without Airbnb fees).

This is a great neighborhood that is within minutes to Heavenly Village and the Stateline, and just a 5 minute walk to El Dorado Beach and Reagan Beach. Just a few minutes away you can walk to a popular wine bar and cafe, breakfast and coffee shops, a market, sandwich shops, antique stores, and much much more. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful weather and welcoming sounds of Tahoe.

The "Canyon Loft"

This private, one-bedroom guest house offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, wifi and Apple TV(incl. Apple TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV). Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. Peaceful A-frame Getaway

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. ❤️❤️ Lakeview home is the perfect Tahoe getaway. 30 seconds from the lake, 5min walk to restaurants/bars, Casinos & Heavenly Ski resort just up the road. A Lake View Deck, HotTub , Bikes, Paddle boards, Fast Wifi, private work areas. 6 adults max, but lots of kids allowed. Wolves Den at Holly’s Place

The Wolves Den at Holly's Place is a comfortable and cozy studio with a private patio and view of the grounds. Dogs must be friendly and get along with other dogs and guests! (Sorry---No aggressive breeds such as pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, huskies) Dog fees are $30 per night per dog. Guests will find a queen bed, kitchenette, private bath and more in the Wolves Den. Access to full grounds.

The studio has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, lounge area with a gas fire place and kitchenette. We are surrounded by lots of great mountain bike/hiking trails, 15 minutes to the lake, and three ski resorts within a thirty minute drive. Perfect location for a fun stay.
