Las Playitas is the ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, golf,... everything right outside the front door within walking distance.

A tan sólo 3km de Oasis Park y a 10 minutos de las paradisíacas playas d arena blanca. La vivienda consta de salón-comedor con aire acondicionado sofá y cocina integrada totalmente equipada, tanto para corta estancia como para larga estancia, dormitorio con almohadas y colchón de calidad, terraza soleada con bonitas vistas.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.
