Fully equipped, 2 floors studio-apartment. Cozy, bright, fresh, silent and clean. Stove-oven, microwave, plenty of space in the fridge, cofeemaker and cooking supplies. Cedar furniture. King size bed in the 2nd floor (super comfortable) plus a sofa-bed in the 1st floor (quite confortable). Shared spacious garden and terrace. Exquisite vernacular decoration. Located in a traditional, homy, still central and safe neighborhood. I'm always available for questions/requests. Feel very welcome :)

Gracias a tus días en casa nos ayudas a sostener un Refugio de Burrit@s que tenemos y que también puedes visitar, la ubicación es perfecta para caminar, conocer restaurantes, galerías, mercados, mezcalerías y todo lo que te podamos recomendar. Disfruta del fácil acceso a todo desde este alojamiento perfectamente ubicado y que brinda una estancia tranquila y confortable. El departamento tiene en la planta baja la estancia con sillón, mesa de comedor para dos personas, cocina y baño completo con regadera; escaleras tipo caracol para subir a la planta, donde se encuentra la recamara con cama, closet, aire acondicionado y cortinas blackout, desde ahí se accede a la terraza semi-privada con dos sillas para exterior y sombrilla.

Founded in 1970 Tubos y Conexiones is one of Oaxaca's oldest hardware stores, we renovated one of the storage rooms to offer a unique experience by using vintage items from our archives. Our industrial loft is in the heart of downtown Oaxaca, where you can enjoy living above this landmark while having your own private access to the property.
