Old Town - Seafarer apartment

Unique possibility to enjoy Finnish 1970 vintage and design in the Old Town in Tammisaari. Seafarers and hatmakers have since 1880s enjoyed life on the property where an old stable and cabin were transformed into modern living in the 70s. Now fully renovated keeping the 70s vibe and furnished with Finnish design. The hosts look forward to share the closed cosy garden in the Old Town - you only have 100 meters to the ocean, the old church with its beautiful tower and the market place.

Vanha kirjasto aivan Tammisaaren keskustassa

Tammisaaren keskustassa, idyllisessä 1840- luvulla rakennetussa hirsitalossa kaunis päätyhuoneisto. Talossa ei ole muita asukkaita, joten oma rauha on taattu. Huoneisto käsittää n. 86 m2 kolmion lasikuistilla. Huoneistossa on 6 kpl 100 cm leveitä sänkyjä. Sängyt ovat valmiiksi pedatut laadukkailla petivaatteilla. Huoneistossa on maalämpöön kytketty viilenninjärjestelmä, joten kesällä nautit viileistä öistä. Kaikki Tammisaaren palvelut, meri sekä ihana luonto avautuvat heti rappusilta.

Mökkiunelmaa Karjalohjalla järven rannalla +palju

Viihtyisä mökki järven rannalla Karjalohjalla odottaa sinua noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä pääkaupunkiseudulta. Mökissä on tupa, makuuhuone, makuualkovi, eteinen, pukuhuone ja sauna (n.44m2). Tämän lisäksi vieraiden käytössä on vierastupa, josta löytyy kaksi erillistä pientä huonetta ja nukkumatilat maksimissaan kolmelle. Parhaimmillaan mökin tilat ovat talvikuukausina 2-4 henkilön käytössä, mutta kesäaikaan mahtuu isompikin porukka. Täällä pääset rentoutumaan ja nauttimaan omasta rauhasta.

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan vastavalmistuneeseen moderniin mökkiin, jonka isoista ikkunoista avautuvat upeat maisemat yli peltojen! Mökin ympärillä olevissa metsissä voi retkeillä, sienestää ja marjastaa, ja kilometrin etäisyydellä on luonnonkaunis Gölenin järvi. Mökki sijaitsee lähellä Billnäsin ruukkia, ja myös Fiskarsin ruukkikylä ravintoloineen ja putiikkeineen on pyöräilyetäisyydellä. Puulämmitteinen perinnesauna, joka on vapaasti vuokraajien käytössä, tarjoaa syvät ja kosteat löylyt.

Come & enjoy upscale cottage in lake district Finland with main and sauna house w/ 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and upper floor with 4 beds more, 2 saunas, upstairs game area and all necessary amenities + bathtub. Beach & terrace with amazing views to the south. Next to the main house, under the same roof, is a traditional wooden sauna annex with both indoor and outdoor cooling areas. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula.

There is space for max 6 persons (bedroom, sofa bed and loft) in this with all amenities (toilet, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, ventilation unit etc) furnished cottage. There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters

Piha on rauhallinen ja aidattu, mutta kivat kahvilat, ravintolat, ranta ja kävelykatu ovat heti nurkan takana. Puhumattakaan tietysti seinän takana olevasta elokuvateatterista. Samalla sisäpihalla on myös toinen AirBnb-kohde, jos samassa seurueessa on usemapia matkailijoita!
