Tent, q-sized inflated bed, showers, ocean 1 mile

This tent is permanently darkened on the exterior by mold. We cannot clean it without destroying the waterproofing. It is ugly, but otherwise in very good shape; interior is NOT moldy. Tent is roomy, w/queen-sized inflated bed, firepit/free wood, picnic table, & propane heat if needed ($8 ). Bring your own bedding: pillows, towels, sleeping bags, etc. We can provide bedding if necessary, but have to charge a $20 flat fee for laundering (PG&E costs are ridiculous), for which we are sorry.

Ferndale Picturesque Cottage.

This cottage is in a private setting surrounded by nature. A safe and quiet space to unwind. 1 bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living area and 2 private patios. Just 2 blocks from downtown Ferndale! Wifi upload and download speeds are excellent. Hiking trails are abundant and nearby. Ferndale is noted for its well-preserved victorian architecture and variety of boutique shops, specialty stores, cafes and restaurants. The Red Barn Cottage is located within walking distance of the Victorian village of Ferndale. The Cottage is a charming, separate studio with a private entrance, gated patio, full kitchen and bathroom. We provide wonderful amenities including coffee, teas, continental breakfast items and snacks for our guests. A small to medium size dog is allowed but with our approval and an additional nonrefundable pet fee.
