The house was pristine, organized, and well stocked. So many extra details were thought of. I also loved being able to park in the garage. The town was great, and we look forward to going back! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice two level home completely refurbed and up to date. It has new flooring, is freshly repainted, fairly comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen, especially has a nice countertop and plenty of space. Large screen TVs are in every room with Roku so that was very nice. Heating and cooling works excellently the house quickly heated up after we arrived and turned up the temp. The house is a very nice, refurbed home. Lacked a bit in terms of supplies, may need to bring your own paper towels and napkins. The walls are a little thin so you may hear the other side of the duplex. Ashtabula is a blue color town. The neighborhood is quiet but a little on the rough side. There’s a very nice restaurant district nearby, but probably not walkable near the house.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Jessica's place! We consider it our top choice when visiting North East. The location is great, directly across from the town square/green, and there are several shops and restaurants just steps away. We enjoy the historic charm and architecture of the unit such as high ceilings and original millwork and windows, but is nicely renovated so the kitchen has all of the modern conveniences and is incredibly well stocked! The communication with owners is excellent with responses within minutes! I would highly recommend this to anyone. Since it is a 2nd floor unit in a tall building, it does requires good mobility to ascend the stairs.

After a stressful drive thru thunderstorms, arriving after dark, it was extremely nice to open the front door of the rental and see a very inviting and clean, cozy space. The place was even better than the photos and living area larger than expected. Probably one of the cleanest airbnbs have ever been in - no dust anywhere at all! Also the nearby lighthouse and lake were beautiful.

We booked Roberts place for my mother in law to stay at while she attended my wedding. she felt right at home and was absolutely comfortable and floored by how beautiful the home was kept. the fridge had enough room for a two tier wedding cake that we decorated. Robert left snacks in the fridge and the beds were VERY comfortable. Air quality in the home was excellent! the seating was comfortable! the dining room has plenty of seating and the kitchen was spotless! we really enjoyed our stay and would book it again. my in-laws were asking about the place because they loved it so much!

ELM Downtown Erie Boulevard Private Apartment

My father and I stayed here for several weeks while my mother was being treated for a serious illness at a nearby hospital. It was a very difficult and uncertain time for our family. We immediately felt at home, relaxed and comfortable when we stepped into the house and apartment. It is spacious but felt very warm and cozy. The house has alot of charm and character with the inside wooden staircase leading upstairs and a beautiful large outside sitting porch. There are many windows and natural light in the apartment. We were able to witness the beautiful blooming of the magnolia flowering tree out our windows. The host was very flexible and accomodating to our fluid situation and responsive when we needed to extend our stay. The property manager Joe was very friendly and helpful. The apartment layout was perfect for our needs. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the apartment. The bathtub was very relaxing and the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Your Home Away from Home with No worries at all

This was, far and away, the best house I have ever stayed in through Air B&B. Every possible thing you thought you needed to bring was already in the house. A fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, sheets and towels, and even extra bathroom needs. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to both the grocery and a few shops and eateries. You can actually SEE Chautauqua Lake from the house! Wi-Fi and TV options were plentiful, and there are comfy chairs in the living room if you wanted to stay in and catch a movie or a game. In short, I hope other hosts are reading this, because THIS HOUSE is the reason Air B&B exists. I’d stay here every time if I could.

Charming Cape Cod Newly Renovated

A buddy and I booked at Cathy's place for a week and a day (Sunday-Sunday) of Ice Fishing on Presquile Bay. Our ladies came up Thur night and we fished Firday wih them but Saturday morning we had rain and so, we decided to checkout and head back south to the Johnstown/Altoona area. Cathys place is very cozy. We had a very nice stay and were able to use the well stocked kitchen. The house is an older structure, and as such, some rooms are a bit smaller.... so, renters beware if you are used to great big baths and bedrooms. With that said, we had EVERYTHING we needed and we enjoyed the nice dining area and adjecent living room. There is also a basement area with a second Refrigerator and washer and dryer which were great for us to freeze a few fish. Overall, its a great value for the price! :) Kathy is a great host and was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. She also suggested a local pub/resturant that was an easy walk from the house. Thanks again for everything

Amazing host! Accidentally locked myself out and got a response almost immediately after texting Jennifer. The home was clean and had all of the basics you would need plus shampoo conditioner & body wash if you’d forgotten some. Lovely home, pretty quiet area…the only thing I would recommend is for the parking area to be filled in with some pebbles if owned by them. No complaints.

This place was full of charm! Just right the right combination of “stepping back in time” and modern convenience. Loved the use of antique and unique decorating items, such as the old bicycle seat towel hanger. Adorable and cozy! Stephen and Julie were superb hosts.

Jean is very responsive and thoroughly answered our questions. The apartment is as listed. Peaceful area. Mayville is a great central location if you want to explore both the wineries near Lake Erie and any activities on or along Lake Chautauqua.

Matt and Miriam were great hosts. Always responsive, and graciously allowed an early check-in which was very helpful to us after a long drive and a busy itinerary. The house was as described, in a great location close to everything in the area. This was the perfect place for our group of 4 plus 2 dogs, with plenty of space and comfortable lounging and sleeping arrangements!

Very clean and nice! The bedroom was significantly colder than the rest of the unit, even after increasing the heat during my winter stay. Noise from the upstairs tenants was also easily heard.

Plenty of room, very comfortable. Although we didn’t cook there much, everything we needed was available. The fenced yard was very convenient for our two dogs. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting our Granddaughter at Allegheny College.

The grey house was a beautiful house in a good location everything you need is only a few minutes down the road. The house itself was neat and specious. Sarah was always responsive, friendly and polite, if you have any problem at all I advise you give her or her husband a ring they will get back to you and help in anyway.

A gem in the area. Very comfortable and all the amenities needed for a family. Beautifully decorated. We aren’t used to stairs up but it was good exercise. Close to everything we needed when visiting local family. Host is super communicative and provided everything we needed for a successful stay. We hope to be back!

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

Any questions or concerns I had they addressed within minutes. place looked exactly like the photos. favorite part about it is that it's hidden from the hustle of the city but you're literally a couple minutes away from anything. she also gave me recommendations on places to check out with my kids. and their detailed instructions make it very clear on everything you will need to know to stay there. I'd stay there again.

Roomy Beautiful Golf/Ski Condo

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!
