A home away from home with unique original characteristics yet modern touches and a putting green! One block to Eustis Park, close to Bruce Fields, less than 1 mile to beautiful downtown Aiken and Aiken Golf Club. 2.5m to Highlands Event Center and 30 mins to Augusta National. The private backyard putting green is one of a kind. It provides many features to make your stay fun and relaxing even at night. There is also, corn hole, a fire pit, and more. We love it when our guests enjoy the space!

Location! Nice Home close to everything Augusta!

3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, open floor plan with lots of private spaces to relax. Located 1 mile from I-20, 10 minutes (5.5 mi) to the Masters Tournament, less than 1/2 mile from the popular Greenway biking/walking path, and minutes from the Medical University and downtown Augusta. Screened porch, outside eating area, and large, spacious rooms are all perfect for relaxing and entertaining in this quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom features king bed, TV, and master bath. Guest bedrooms all have TVs.

This 4 1/2 acre secluded farm is conveniently located 4 miles from down town Aiken. Fully fenced in with a circular driveway for rvs and horse trailers . Bring your suit from April to October for use of the salt water pool. We are 3/4 of a mile from I-20 and in very close proximity to Augusta, Columbia.
