A home away from home with unique original characteristics yet modern touches and a putting green! One block to Eustis Park, close to Bruce Fields, less than 1 mile to beautiful downtown Aiken and Aiken Golf Club. 2.5m to Highlands Event Center and 30 mins to Augusta National. The private backyard putting green is one of a kind. It provides many features to make your stay fun and relaxing even at night. There is also, corn hole, a fire pit, and more. This 4 1/2 acre secluded farm is conveniently located 4 miles from down town Aiken. Fully fenced in with a circular driveway for rvs and horse trailers . Bring your suit from April to October for use of the salt water pool. We are 3/4 of a mile from I-20 and in very close proximity to Augusta, Columbia.
