a large beautiful home for sure. We never even explored the downstairs. I enjoyed being under the footprint of Hill Air Force Base, the sound of freedom. An upscale home in an upscale neighborhood. The bottled water and the welcome gift were much appreciated.

Our stay was fantastic! We hosted a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner in this truly wonderful Home away from Home. The Big Nature of the snow covered peaks within viewing distance really added to our adventure. The kids had a blast playing air hockey and exploring around in the hidden garden in the backyard. An added bonus was having a baby high chair, toys, pack & play and safety gates for the little ones. The host was extremely available & responded immediately to all of my questions during our week long visit. Huge thumbs up for this property. We will all certainly be back again!

This house was BEAUTIFUL, it really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil and spice you could imagine if you wanted to do some cooking. The decor is great, you can tell that a lot of thought went into designing every room. Whenever I had a question about anything, the host responded within minutes, which was much appreciated. I don’t know if or when I’ll ever be in Utah again but I can guarantee you that I’ll be staying there again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Catherine's place while visiting Huntsville / Snowbasin for a week with our entire family to enjoy some spring skiing! Everyone loved the home! All of the bedrooms / bathrooms were large spaces perfect for couples with and without kids. The kitchen was just right for large family meals along with a wonderful porch and grille which we enjoyed. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well and the beautiful views from anywhere inside or outside the house. We got lucky with snowy conditions there and at Snowbasin which is only 15 minutes away for the entire week. We hope to be back again!

Can’t recommend this place enough. Went for a ski trip with 7 of my friends and we had more than enough space, could easily fit a bunch more people. They were some of the most communicative and responsive hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb with. They were so nice, and let me check in early as we had our dog with us. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and felt like being at home at your parents’ house. It had amazing views of the mountain and was a quick, easy 25 min drive to Snowbasin. Extremely convenient from the airport too. The house was stocked with everything you could need, and was really close to Costco and other grocery stores, as well as restaurants. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi after long days on the mountain and ended every night at the fireplace. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of three had a very enjoyable stay. The home had plenty of quality amenities, nicely stocked kitchen, and was spotless for our arrival. Hot tub had amazing views of the surrounding mountains and was a great way to stargaze at night. The backyard is large and fenced, however at the time of our stay was not usable since the local plants were allowed to grow wild. Not an issue for us since there is a nice park and playground literally a couple of minutes away (Liberty Park). Location is in a peaceful valley, away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely recommend this home for those looking to get away and be able to relax.

Amazing views, very comfortable! If anything, I’d go so far as to say the pictures don’t do it justice, and it’s more cozy than it looks! We loved staying here, and if we were ever back, I’d love to stay again!

This was one of the best places I've stayed. Roberta was friendly and responsive, the place was super clean, furniture and beds were comfortable, the backyard was lovely and the mountain was right there. We wished we could stay longer but we were just passing through. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location and love the musical theme!

This may be my all time favorite Airbnb. Katherine’s home is in a very nice neighborhood and ideally located at the end of a hillside cul-de-sac so the surroundings are very private, quiet, and naturally beautiful. It’s the perfect balance of suburban convenience / safety in the front, mountain side retreat in the back. What really stood out for me and the reason I’ll be staying here again is how much it felt like home (without feeling like someone else’s home)…for me, most Airbnbs feel too sterile and hotel-like OR they feel too much like staying in a stranger’s home. Katherine has struck the perfect balance, it is comfortable, stylish (but not over the top), the decor, amenities, and supplies are everything you’d want and make for a very comfortable, convenient, and authentic stay. She was also a great host, I had to extend my stay twice and Katherine went above and beyond to accommodate me so I wouldn’t have to move to a hotel. 5-stars all around.

Great stay!! Place was so clean and really nice. Definitely recommend for small families. The place was lots of fun with all the entertainment options and the toy room was an absolute hit with our kids! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone. Host was incredible and the friendly cat outside made our whole family happy. Our toddler shrieked with pure joy when he saw it and was overjoyed when it allowed him to pet it.

Perfect little space for our weekend trip. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was in a very safe area within a short drive to local restraunts and about 10 minutes from the Davis Conference Center which was very convenient for us. The furnishings were all new and comfortable. We went to breakfast at a local diner at the recommendation of the host's convenient list and it was an absolute delight! They really went the extra mile to be sure we had what we needed for our stay. This was a great pick!

I gave 5 stars because it depends on the guest's priorities and the unit was not expensive. For people who want clean it was immaculate For mattress, they were extremely soft. My husband and son got sore backs. This is the type of memory foam one sinks into. It is a basement apartment so no matter how quiet the owners are, there is some noise and sensitive sleepers need to be aware. The washing machine was top notch. Due to the current popularity of soft memory foam I have almost stopped renting AirBnB's. I prefer the toppers because I can remove and replace them during my stay. I know people who love them so I cannot downgrade for this. There was one of those exiting chore lists people love to make fun of so if this is a deal breaker, you need to know.
