We no longer accept pets! Guests have not been disclosing and paying the fees for them so we can no longer have them. If you have booked prior to 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Fenced in backyard with enclosed patio, BBQ grill, washer and dryer. 1 mile to the Pecos River!

The Jalapeño- Historic Adobe Home in Walkable Area

Experience True New Mexico in this traditional Adobe home in Carlsbad. Built in the 1920s, this home has been lovingly updated to modern standards while keeping its rustic charm. Wood ceilings, southwestern decor, & thick adobe walls for peace and quiet. Upstairs there is a kitchen, large living room with 2 sofas & formal dining room. Downstairs in the daylight basement, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds & 2 twins. Sleeps up to 8 guests! Great location- walk to Albertsons or CVS or restaurants!

Private space in a quiet secluded neighborhood a few minutes north of Carlsbad. Enjoy all that Carlsbad has to offer, without having to stay right in town. 4ish miles (no traffic) to Main Street District, Yellow Brix patio and indoor dining, Nurvis Purvis Brewery (new) with The Carrot Top on property (great food!), Milton's Brewing with events, miniature golf, Christmas on the Pecos, Albertson's grocery store. Billiards game room and hot tub on property, available upon request.

If you’re looking for a cozy, safe, clean and affordable stay with a unique twist? Then this is it, because breakfast is included and brought to the door by Big Dogs Food Truck. This is a newly renovated 1 bed room house with a full kitchen and coffee set up. There’s a brand new washer and dryer with detergent available. It has a 65 inch TV with surround sound. There’s a queen size bed and a hide away couch for sleeping arrangements. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Carlsbad Cozy Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.
