We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The location is great (around a 5/10 minute walk from the main pier, shops, and restaurants). The accommodation is really nice, just as described and they have left a recommendation of activities, restaurants etc which we found really useful. And David and Pat were really nice and helpful before and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

I only communicated with Karen by air BNB however her onsite property manager Abdel, was an absolute professional. He was there everyday for my 16 night stay and responded instantly whenever i reached out to him. Remember this is ecuador and when i lost power he started a generator within minutes to keep the lights and A/C working till it was restored an hour or so later. Absolutely no loss of comfort. If i needed something like fresh towels or linen change it was done within minutes by the staff. I never met Karen but I will say that the staff with Abdel as the leader couldn’t have been more professional or responsive. The restaurant within 50 meters off my cabana was just as friendly and attentive. If i needed a drink or a meal it was delivered to the cabana if I wished it. The location was astounding for the price. Close to everything but just far enough away that I was never disturbed but 5 minutes from all the action. I was one minute walk from my door to the surf. Perfect stay.

Nuestra estancia fue espectacular, Gladys muy atenta en todo momento. El lugar es tal como se describe en las fotos, parqueo seguro, área de lavandería y vecinos muy amables. El lugar está cerca de todo y tiene muchos locales de comida y tiendas super cerca. Internet, aire acondicionado en los cuartos y sala, todos los enseres de cocina. Gladys nos dejó de obsequio de bienvenida chifles y rosquitas de la zona. Cerca las playas de Jaramijo, Murciélago y San Mateo. Un mercado súper cerca con pesca fresca todos los días. Gladys nos ayudó extendiendo un poco el horario del check out y eso fue muy importante ya que estábamos un poco retrasados con la salida. Super recomendado el lugar y la anfitriona. Regresaré pronto.

El lugar es acogedor, el departamento es limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia tranquila. Incluye lavadora de ropa que fue muy útil. La piscina es perfecta para niños y está disponible desde temprano. La playa queda a pocos metros y es muy amplia y limpia. La zona es muy tranquila y está cerca de Casablanca, y hay muchas opciones de comidas cercanas. El aire acondicionado de la sala podría ser reemplazado o darle un mantenimiento pues suena y no enfría mucho, pero los de las habitaciones funcionan muy bien. En general disfrutamos mucho y no tuvimos problemas. Recomendado.

Nuestra familia y amigos tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. La casa es acogedora y bien equipada, con todos los detalles pensados para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación es ideal, y el ambiente es tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. Además, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y eficiente, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta. Definitivamente recomendaríamos este alojamiento y volveríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Gracias por una gran experiencia!

The staff members at Vikara were phenomenal. My family, friends, and husband felt safe and attended by the staff at your hotel. We enjoyed yoga, surfing classes, massages, and delicious breakfasts. We had an excellent time at this hotel and would highly recommend Vikara to others.

Great space for a larger family. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, there was plenty of room for our group of 6. The indoor space was clean and comfortable. The outdoor space with the jacuzzi was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend booking this rental for your trip to Santa Cruz.

Staying at this apartment in Puerto Ayora was such a special experience. The space was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. And the breakfast... honestly, it was unbelievable. Fresh, delicious, and made with so much care—it was one of the highlights of our mornings. But what truly made this place unforgettable were Verónica and Javier. They treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Always available, always kind, and incredibly helpful with organizing tours and making sure we had the best possible experience. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. We left feeling grateful—and already dreaming of coming back.

El departamento es tal cual como en las fotos, incluso mejor. Moderno, limpio, bien decorado, y la vista a la playa es espectacular. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y todo lo necesario. Marco fue un gran anfitrión, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda me volvería a quedar. 100% recomendado.

Amazing villa just minutes away from downtown puerto cayo. Marble floors, a/c’s in every room, televisions with Netflix, fully stocked kitchen, big dining room, and comfortable living room. The pool was very fun and relaxing. The guard dog, Shakira, is friendly and good at her job. The sliding huge gate makes you feel very safe. Lush landscaping and beautiful surroundings.

El alojamiento es un lugar hermoso y tranquilo, perfecto para descansar y disfrutar en familia. El ambiente acogedor y la paz que se respira lo hacen ideal para desconectarse de la rutina. Lo que más nos gustó fue la chimenea, donde pasamos momentos inolvidables calentando malvaviscos y compartiendo en familia. Buen hospedaje, si quieres relajarte con tu familia o amigos es una muy buena opción. Exelente atención de parte del padre del anfitrión, siempre atento y nos dió un trato coordial y oportuno. Lo recomiendo, seguro volveremos.
