het pand moet gerenoveerd worden. In de badkamer bladdert de verf van de deurkozijnen af. Het meubilair in de keuken is oud. lepels en vorken ook. Misschien is het niet helemaal duidelijk uit de advertentie, maar het is geen appartement, maar een huis met zes kamers en een gedeelde badkamer per twee kamers. De keuken wordt gedeeld met alle kamers. een fornuis en 2 koelkasten. Het is lastig om 's ochtends of 's avonds te koken, als iedereen het wil doen. In de kamer staat alleen een bed, een tafel en een kledingkast, er is zelfs geen spiegel. De verstaanbaarheid is erg goed, als er beneden iemand praat hoor je elk woord, of als er in de keuken iemand geluid maakt. U mag zich alleen wassen tussen 7.00 en 22.00 uur, omdat dit overlast veroorzaakt voor de omwonenden. Dit zijn allemaal kleine ongemakken, maar het zijn er veel en u moet beseffen dat dit geen privéwoning is. Dit is een woonwijk, op 10 minuten rijden van het centrum.

We hadden heerlijke verblijf. Mooi, rustig omgeving, hele mooie woning en Jamie was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader 😉

Am Anfang ist alles schwer, aber mit etwas Mühe kann man alles erreichen. Ich habe keinen Zweifel, dass Sébastien irgendwann ein 5-Sterne-Apartment in jeder Hinsicht erreichen wird.

Very charming and quiet place with nice view towards the Bambesh forest. Clear instructions on how to check in and check out. Close to the bus station which leads to the city centre. Big supermarkets at close distance (3 bus stops). Very neat and tidy. Strongly recommend.

Me ha gustado mucho este lugar he estado más de un mes y la estancia ha sido muy buena la familia es muy agradable siempre han estado al pendiente de si necesito algo y siempre me están dando información sobre que hacer,incluso he podido compartir tiempo con ellos , el cual fue muy placentero , es la primera vez en un Airbnb y la experiencia ha sido absolutamente enriquecedora , el lugar está muy cerca de todo y a la vez es muy tranquilo ,de verdad es un lugar que sin duda recordaría o volvería a elegir

Unser Aufenthalt bei Teresa war hervorragend. Teresa ist eine sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch, wir haben insbesondere Morgens den Ausblick genossen. Von dem Ort aus kann man zu einem der kostenlosen P&R in der Nähe der Stadt fahren und mit den kostenlosen Verkehrsmitteln ganz simpel die Stadt erreichen. Und ein Bonuspunkt geht an die braven & kuscheligen Hunde 😊 LG Melek

Very good location, next to a train station and bus stops, just a few minutes to the center. The room is clean and it has everything one needs. Fully equipped kitchen and it has more than enough bathrooms in the house. Good communication with the landlord

We hebben schriftelijke communicatie met Pietro gehad. Hij gaf duidelijk antwoord op onze vragen en er waren duidelijke instructies wat betreft de sleutel.

Нам дуже сподобалось жити в цьому прекрасному будинку разом з його власниками. Дуже тихе місце де можна розслабитись. Кіт Нейтш та пес Лінк теж були дуже привітними до своїх гостей. Сподіваємось повернутися сюди влітку, коли буде краща погода.

Zeer mooie ongeving, open haard brandde toen we aankwamen, de woning was schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Een bezoekje aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Er zijn een paar zeer mooie wandelroutes rond en door vianden. Voor de vogelliefhebbers ook zeker een leuke locatie, in de tuin komen veel kleinere vogeltjes, ook buizerds en uilen kunnen gezien worden in de buurt.

Een accommodatie die ik zeer graag aanraad met twee super vriendelijke hosts. De hosts verwelkomen je in hun eigen woning en delen graag hun prachtige woning met hun gasten. Het is een hele verademing om na een lange dag werken, te mogen thuis komen bij deze lieve mensen. Dank je wel voor dit aangename verblijf!

Eric and Ekaterina are really great hosts, Although we have arrived late on a Wednesday night, they waited for us (although they have work the next day). We were travelling to celebrate out daughters 2 year birthday, they prepared the room with some balloons and champaign for us to celebrate. The room is really is spacious, the swiming pool is big and warm with bubbling and counter current functionalities. they gave us some good tips for travelling and were all in all great hosts. Totally recommended.

Marlène ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und der Inbegriff von Superhost! Sie hat alles dafür getan, meinen längeren Aufenthalt in ihrem Studio so zu organisieren, dass ich mich wie Zuhause fühlen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war vom Anfang bis zum Ende schnell und reibungslos und geprägt von unglaublicher Freundlichkeit. Das Studio ist sehr sauber, entspricht sämtlichen Bildern und Beschreibungen im Inserat und hat alles, was man braucht, um dort auch eine längere Zeit zu verbringen - Marlène hat eben an jedes Detail gedacht! Die Lage des Studios ist ideal, denn man erreicht fußläufig schnell das Zentrum, den Bahnhof und die nächste Tramstation. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und deine Gastfreundschaft, Marlène!

We highly recommend this apartment as it had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable, parking was at the door, the balcony was a plus, the bus stop was very close as was the supermarket and bakery.

The apartment is really nice and extremely well located. Walking distance from the city centre, the train station and the supermarket.

Le logement proposé par Tony est très propre pratique. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur. Il est très bien situé : à deux pas des commerces de proximité et l’arrêt de bus pour le centre-ville est au bout de la rue (20 mins). Tony est quelqu’un de très disponible et réactif. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

We had a lovely stay in Marc’s apartment - we have traveled to Luxembourg numerous times, and this stay ranks among our top experiences. The apartment is clean, spacious, and quiet. Marc was responsive and helpful when answering questions and request for a few additional supplies. The kitchen has everything needed for preparing all our family meals, including a topnotch coffee maker - a must for us when battling jet lag. We had plenty of space for working remotely, comfy spaces for enjoying family time, and a gorgeous view for morning coffee. Although there isn’t much in terms of restaurants or activities in the immediate vicinity, it’s only a short walk to public transportation. Wonderful option for a family trip

We had a great stay at this flat! It was clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. One of the best parts was the location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, which connects you to the whole country. Super convenient for exploring! Yiqi was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
