This Place is all about relaxing and enjoying the beautiful location Jomtien. 🏝️ This area has a stunning beach and it’s quiet & clean. Lots of bars and restaurants are close by and a 7/11 is just next door for any midnight snacks or shopping. 😊 Lumpini Park beach is one of Pattaya’s most favourite High rise buildings and has everything to offer for a comfortable stay. The bus in the front can bring you to the city for only 20 baht. Only 1 Minute walk to the beach and 12 minute to the city.

This spacious and modern house provides one of the best location in Pattaya, in a quiet neighbourhood nearby public transportation lines, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Only 5 minutes away from Walking street and the beach with motorbike. The villa has a large living room with TV and sofas, has 3 bedrooms with 3 big beds (The 3rd room is a mezzanine room with air conditioning), a sun terrace and a private pool that can accomodate up to 6 persons. Ideal for families and group of friends.
