This spacious and modern house provides one of the best location in Pattaya, in a quiet neighbourhood nearby public transportation lines, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Only 5 minutes away from Walking street and the beach with motorbike. The villa has a large living room with TV and sofas, has 3 bedrooms with 3 big beds (The 3rd room is a mezzanine room with air conditioning), a sun terrace and a private pool that can accomodate up to 6 persons. The villa has 2- bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, living room and a kitchen equipped with the refrigerator, cook and microwave oven.
