This spacious and modern house provides one of the best location in Pattaya, in a quiet neighbourhood nearby public transportation lines, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Only 5 minutes away from Walking street and the beach with motorbike. The villa has a large living room with TV and sofas, has 3 bedrooms with 3 big beds (The 3rd room is a mezzanine room with air conditioning), a sun terrace and a private pool that can accomodate up to 6 persons. Ideal for families and group of friends.

The beachfront villa is in Lisca Beach, Bailan Bay, Koh Chang National Park. It is located on a secluded sandy beach, less than 20 meters from the sea, offering beautiful views of the bay and surrounding forest. This is my own personal home and is available for rent only when I am in Italy and Lisca Beach Glamping is closed. As the sole resident, you'll enjoy complete privacy and a secluded stay, while being just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, shops, scooter rentals, laundry and a minimart.
