There is no fence separating the properties, and the designated yard area for this home is limited to a small section closest to the house (approximately 6 feet out). We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the neighboring property and avoid using their yard space. A beautiful river runs near the property, creating a relaxing and natural backdrop to your stay. The home also features a small deck to take in the surroundings, though it is not equipped with a railing. For safety, we recommend close supervision of children at all times. Whether you’re hiking alpine trails, enjoying the lake, or simply relaxing in the mountain air, this area offers year-round adventure. Location Just minutes from downtown Joseph, a charming small town known for its art galleries, bronze sculptures, and welcoming local atmosphere.
