Meridian home close to Boise river & the Greenbelt

We welcome you to our 3 bedroom home. We designed our condo to be very modern, but trendy. We hope you’ll love the cozy feel. Our place is perfect for family and friends, with lots of games to choose from, for adults and children. This condo has 1550 sft so there’s plenty of room for everyone. We’re centrally located right on the border of Boise, Meridian, and Eagle. Just minutes away from the beautiful village in Meridian, and just minutes away from Eagle and the famous Boise River Green Belt.

Family friendly. Kids snow gear, (limited amount of adult snow gear) Children’s books ,toys, games, pack and play, high chairs, kids rooms decorated with bright colors, galaxy night lights, and LED lights. X-box and wii with lots of games. Large backyard with playset, firepit, gas fireplace, and BBQ/ smoker with skillet. Grassy area directly across street with walking path. 3 TV’s. Only 1 mile from settlers park, which has a large walking/ bike path, pond, splash pad and huge play structure! .

Welcome to our beautiful home in SouthEast Boise! Our home is used as a model for Albertsons, Scentsy, and BodyBuilding dot com! Located on a private park with playground, soccer, volleyball & basketball court. Neighborhood features walking paths, ponds, and parks and within walking distance to the greenbelt, grocery stores, rite aid, etc. Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible, with a fully loaded, recently renovated home. Huge April discounts ! Hip cabin centrally located on par 3, off circle 1. Play room with New hot tub. Backyard walking trail and 10 min walk to the village and SHARC. Playroom with toys and electric charging station. Sleeps 8 comes with 5 bikes garage space for kayaks. 8 SHARC passes. Center of all Sunriver action. Its small in the rooms but the common areas are large. The trail in the back gives a feel you are in the center of all the action! It has everything you need in Sunriver.

Welcome to our cozy home in the beautiful city of Boise, Idaho! Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood bordering meridian. Just a short drive from downtown Boise and all of its top attractions . There are also plenty of local restaurants, shops, and parks within a few minutes' drive of our home, and a short walk through the neighborhood to Kleiner Memorial Park. We are centrally located for any Bend adventure whether that takes you to the top of Mt. Bachelor or down the Deschutes River. Our home is great for families, couples, and pups.
