Lovely, newly renovated, but retro influenced studio on a large lot away from the street. Come by, cool off (it's always cooler in Blacks) and watch the deer play. No deer? Look to the sky and you may see a bald eagle. Within a few blocks is the Kitchen restaurant, Irving / liquor store, the harbour, Connor Bros & Cooke's Aquaculture. A bit further is the Grand Manan ferry, sea glass beach, Connor Bros Nature Preserve and the Pea Point Lighthouse.

Naini's is only minutes away from the water and has lots of room for kids and puppy's to play on our one acre lot. Naini's is 5 minutes from the free letete - deer island ferry and 15 minute drive from the seasonal campobello - deer island pay ferry.
