Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

This is a lovely clean dedicated space for Airbnb, a private wing of our home with separate entrance. Basic cooking facilities, microwave, toaster, kettle and portable hotplate, no oven. Stick mixer/blender. Full size fridge. Anything thing else you might need, just text me! Wembley is ideally located 10 min from the city and 10 min from Floreat and City Beach, beachside cafes, pubs restaurants. Public transport is easily accessed. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Laundry facilities are available in the main house by request. Also happy to try and accommodate flexible check in/ out times depending on availability
