With 5 beds that sleep 7 people, our off grid cabin is a unique place to re-connect with friends or get away with your loved ones and relax in nature. Designed specifically for Airbnb guests visiting the Youngstown Area, this warm and cozy smart-home with comfortable beds, black-out curtains, security measures, & modern features is a perfect fit for almost everyone. Little Yellow House

Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Little Yellow House in this small Ohio train town. Access the entire home during your stay (minus the basement). Amenities include Roku TV - sign into your own apps, WiFi, kitchen equipped with cooking essentials, spices, Keurig, electric tea pot, toaster, stove, microwave, water cooler, refrigerator. The second floor (via the staircase) has an office space, three bedrooms and a full bath - bed linens and towels provided. Enjoy the sunporch in the warmer months!

Both sides of duplex can be booked as long as not previously booked for your travel date

Boardman House

This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.

Nestled in the scenic back roads of Pennsylvania, this charming two-bedroom bungalow exudes warmth and coziness. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush summer/spring time greenery and beautiful fall colors, the home welcomes you with a sense of tranquility the moment you step through the front door. Some notable features of this home are the large yard, handmade pergola and fire pit, and small lake with Bass and Catfish which provide the perfect setting for outdoor fun.

The Cozy Studio

Cozy, private studio above our garage in Ellwood City's Ewing Park area. Studio is furnished with full bed, pull out futon, air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, & keurig + coffee pot. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Cable. Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.

The Great Escape

As one of our guests noted: “This home is named perfectly. It was a great escape." We invite you to stay in our small but cozy house in the very quiet "Pittsburgh Circle" area of town. The property backs onto a greenbelt - down a sharp embankment you can see the Connoquenessing Creek - which you can enjoy from the covered patio or the breakfast table in front of the large window. We have seen deer, groundhogs, hawks, and even a bald eagle!
