*General Info: 1-Its Apartment #3, in second floor, No Elevator. 2-Battery Backup System available, provides power for couple of hours if l General power is out, if unnecessary devices turned off (specially Refrigerator), it should give from 3 to 7 hours. 3-If General power is out, turn off the bathroom Heater instantly, to avoid consuming the batteries 4-Apartment does not come with internet service, If needed customers should activate from one of the local service providers (Zain, Sudani, MTN)

Beautiful riverside apartment with fantastic views

The top floor apartment (there are two further apartments in this 3 storey building) is a large one bedroomed apartment with a large sitting area. There is a separate lobby at entrance and a large balcony off the sitting room. There is a separate bathroom off the bedroom and a small but complete kitchen. There are fans in the bedroom and sitting room and along with air conditioning and air cooler. The apartment has wifi and good cellular reception. There is a shared security guard over night.

Superb cozy appartment in residence

This flat has 3 fully equiped bedrooms (1 large master bedroom and 2 bedromms) and 3 bathrooms + two balconies. All rooms are equiped with air conditioning. Fully equiped open plan kitchen, modern living room and dining table for 6 people. Secure building with 24/7 guard, free car park and electricity generator + 2 lifts. The flat is equiped with Wi-Fi conexion and hot water heater.
