This second floor apartment is apart of a 4-plex that was lovingly built in 1928. There is a great view of the sunset from the front sunroom. We renovated this apartment in 2021 with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are spacious and the original hardwood floors are stunning. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and hybrid coil & memory foam mattresses. Parking for one vehicle located behind the building and additional vehicles may park on the street overnight for free.

Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

Super cool house! Made from reclaimed shipping containers, covered and trimmed out with century old reclaimed cypress and hardwood. This house sits on a private gated drive along with our 10 other farmhouses, all on our 500 acre working farm. Each unique in their own way, all 11 are devoted guest houses and listed on Airbnb. . We are exactly 6.5 miles from downtpwn Memphis with no traffic lights in the way. I’ve timed it at 7 minutes.
