The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Conveniently located in a neighborhood within minutes of the vast array of shopping and dining options Lancaster has to offer. Our space looks directly into a wooded area and the Mill Stream runs behind us. Take a walk along the stream to our neighborhood's park, playground, and ball fields or relax in our private, covered outdoor seating area complete with a gas fireplace. If touring is your desire we are in the "heart" of Amish country! This space is cute, comfortable and completely private.

A short 5 minute drive will take you downtown for shopping, restaurants, Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz Springs Park and more!

This one floor living layout, is ideal for anyone traveling through for an over night stay or need a quaint, quiet space for several months. The fire pit, open backyard, and large family room, with electric fireplace, make it very comfortable for a stay-in relaxing evening. We are located less than 12 miles from popular destinations such as Sight & Sound, Dutch Wonderland, Fulton Opera House, Downtown Lancaster, Tanger Outlets, Spooky Nook, the town of Lititz, the town of Intercourse, etc.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. The Kings Touch is right in the heart of Amish Country. You can sit on the front porch and watch the Amish Buggies go by or watch as they work in the fields. We are two miles away from Outlet shopping, Dutch Wonderland, The American Music Theater and within a ten minute drive of Sight and Sound Theater. During your stay look for amish roadside stands. There are many shops and restaurants nearby as well. We are in the heart of the tourist area and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.
