The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Our peaceful and lovely lakefront ADU apartment is 20 minutes away from SeaTac airport or 30 minutes from Seattle by car. It's the perfect location for your favorite tourist attractions or nature activities, as well as an easy drive to ski resorts. It includes a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk, great for remote work. You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

The total private tiny house, clean and cozy -located in my property next to my main house. Private bathroom, bedroom /queen size comfortable bed, living room, kitchen with electric cooking pan The tiny house has good size refrigerator and smart TV. Guests have access to gazebo with BBQ and fire place. From tiny house is easy access to public transportation: bus stops is across street and another 500 feet from home. Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery stores, post office, park.

Historic Cape Cod Farmhouse

This was once a 1940's East Hill farm home in Kent's plateau area. The house is updated and yet in period condition. It is a two story Cape Cod style with a fully landscaped and fenced yard that includes a coy pond and patio. Includes off-street parking on-site. The upstairs primary bedroom has an attached bathroom. There is another bedroom on the second floor. The first floor includes another large bedroom, full bathroom, separate laundry room, kitchen, living and a den / recreation area.

Meadowbrae Farm Canvas Bell Tent

An off-grid canvas bell tent, set in the horse pasture on our multi-generational 23 acre family farm. Secluded, rustic, quiet, and peaceful, this glamping site is set up for you to come and relax. The tent has a queen size bed, interior stove, an outdoor fire pit and cooking grill, and walk through the forest to a faerie glen! No electricity or running water currently are available, but potable water and battery bank provided. 25 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to Seattle and Puget Sound!

"Wow, this is nice!" Is the reaction from family and friends seeing our Loft apartment for the first time. This loft has been our secret gem. It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Once inside, you can enjoy an open and comfortable area to relax. Prepare all of your meals or take advantage of local restaurants.

N. Pacific Little Blue House

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Relax in the secluded back yard and bird watch or enjoy the porch swing. Huge back deck allows for easily hosting large bbqs. You have access to a fully stocked kitchen and other amenities. Watch a movie from our dvd collection in the main living room or retire to one of the three cozy bed rooms.

*upgraded WiFi so speed should be good now! My place is close to the airport (9 miles) and the freeway(0.5 miles). We are located near downtown Seattle(21 miles) as well. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Great daylight filled apartment on the garden level of my home, I live upstairs but it's totally separate from your space. Private entrance, 2 parking spots, huge living room, full vintage kitchen, bedroom w/ Queen bed and 65" TV and bath (1000sqft). Living room has a 65" TV, WiFi, sectional couch.

The home is located 11 miles/20 minutes east of Seattle Tacoma International Airport. 20 miles/30 minutes south of Seattle waterfront and cruise docks and downtown Seattle. Uber and Lyft are readily nearby and available. Grocery stores and restaurants within two miles.
