Warm, peaceful entire Studio is surrounded by natural bird life and century old gum trees.Major roads surrounding are sealed .The Property has off the street parking down the drive way for discreet private getaway. Two queen beds plus pullout sofa if required.The well known board walk on Bancroft Bay can be a 1 minute stroll down a natural walk way from the studio . There is a flights of stairs, (22 steps), down to the Red Room. Only 1,2 km to town (15 min walk), yet secluded and surrounded by dense greenery on the edge of a nature reserve of bush land.
