I'd love to host you in my mudbrick cottage on Myrtle Mountain, a ten minute drive to the quaint country town of Candelo on the NSW Far South Coast. The cottage sleeps four and sets the perfect tone for an escape from the world. Designed to offer a unique experience, all with the comforts of modern day living at the ready. Here you'll find views out to the mountains, established gardens, a kitchen ready for cooking, a comfortable bathroom and a living room made for lounging, the cottage awaits!

Welcome to The View, our charming home in Metung, Australia! Our cosy retreat boasts breathtaking views of Bancroft Bay and is perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends. Amenities: Fast EV Charger, new kitchen, laundry, woodfire, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, reverse cycle AC, boat parking, toys and games to enjoy. Relax on the large deck or firepit in the lower outdoor entertaining area. A short drive or walk to the picturesque Metung village. Come escape to our little slice of paradise!

The Bird and Bike

This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km out of Marlo township.

As a home she is resourceful and imaginative, with a generous pantry, well-equipped kitchen, nooks for reading and a harvestable potager garden. At heart, Lotte’s is a celebration of simple, domestic pleasures; flowers freshly picked from the garden; a library of books; cut wood burning slowly; morning coffee taken on the verandah & more.
