Merimbula Bath House

Take a break & recharge at Merimbula’s ‘NEWEST’ Airbnb. This cute little 1956 cottage has recently been renovated and comes with a private Outdoor Bath that overlooks the bush and ocean views. We have a queen and single bunk bedrooms, which is great for couples or small familes. The bush encroaching into the backyard is were you’ll find the Australian wild life. The pristine swimming and surfing beaches, restuartants, cafes and the shops are only a 5 minute drive. The possibilities are endless.

Cycling, fishing, walking, swimming and boating are popular here. Next door is the fauna reserve and great bird watching. It has a lake frontage and a shallow water jetty. Welcome to Whale Tail Beach House: a pet-friendly haven with recently renovated interiors and stunning ocean views. Nestled by the National Park, it ensures privacy with direct bush access to the Pambula River. The spacious veranda offers a front-row seat for whale watching from May to November. Two dog-friendly beaches are within a 5-minute walk, and the tranquil Pambula River Mouth is nearby for a leisurely day by the water. Your coastal retreat awaits!

The cottage is located in Marine Parade behind an art gallery, everything is in walking distance, with space to park your car and boats. (A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.
