I usually don't give reviews but this one was perfect! Close to red hook and the property itself is exactly what we needed in a vacation home. Everything was well thought out.

The apartment is very nice, and the host was very responsive to our needs. It was convenient to be able to rent the car from the host, to drive ourselves from the airport and get around while there.

Deena is great to work with. Probably the nicest and easiest person to work with she is very kind and helpful

Teresa is a wonderful and extraordinarily helpful owner. She reached out to me soon after my booking and assisted me to find additional units for our large family for the same week in her resort. Having returned from the vacation in St Thomas, all I can say is that her lovely unit and the resort within it is located far exceeded my expectations in every way. It is fabulous. The sleeping capacity was about 6 and included 3 bathrooms. The unit is very spacious and the view from the 2 terraces is gorgeous, overlooking the property to the water. Teresa's suggestions for restaurants near by, activities to engage in etc were so very helpful to a group which had never been to the island before. All the adults in our group said, "we cannot wait to go back!" Thank you Teresa.

Unique apartment. We stayed with kids. There was a pull out couch and extra blankets. The apartment has beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, goggles and fins, coffee, sunscreen, etc. We had a car and never had trouble finding parking. It was easy to go to Sapphire or Coki beach. Bed was comfy and wifi was good. The Ferry terminal was super close as well as a market. Host was extremely responsive. We wish we had stayed more nights here. NOTE: The on-site laundry is not working and the nearest laundry mat did not have water during our stay.

We had a great stay, the host was responsive and helpful. The room looked like the photos and was clean and comfortable. We had a great time and will be back.

Strangely enough this place had the exact countertops we wanted for our own kitchen. But couldn't find any slabs at the time. The place was spacious, and the views great of the bay and sailboats. Very tropical feeling. The condo was spotless when we arrived and our host was actually there to walk us though any questions/concerns. We were there for our 40th Wedding Anniversary and our Kid's grandma's 80th birthday! Everything worked out great. Only strange thing to keep in mind is the strange driving on this island with American Cars driving on the Left side of the road. This is not like anywhere else we have been; and took some getting used to - also roads are often narrow and full of potholes. Obviously this doesn't apply to the condo; but wanted to note it for anyone who hasn't had this experience yet. Would highly recommend this condo and the company that rents/cleans it.

I like these locations for local staycations. I have stayed with Dell multiple times and look forward to staying again. Locations are private, can be noisy but it’s quiet MOST times from my experience, and just a minute walk away from my favorite beach. Coki Point. I definitely recommend if these are some of the things you’re looking for!

Samantha’s condo was perfect! It matched the description and photos exactly! She was extremely responsive and made us feel right at home! We look forward to coming back!
