Location, and Location. Tradewinds Condos are located on the East End of St Thomas, right above Red Hook! It's a 5-minute walk to the St John ferry dock, Bars, Restaurants, and Groceries. No need for a car! The power is steady, with 3 sources. WAPA, Solar, and a backup Genny If WAPA goes out, it's quiet as we are on Battery Power. Fast Wi Fi.
