Grandma's House at Jordan Valley

Come and relax in the peaceful surroundings of this rural destination. Nestled on the outskirts in the popular Loess Hills of western Iowa the views of nature are sure to inspire. We have built our very roomy home to resemble a barn. Having raised our 13 children here we have some empty space. Grandpa and Grandma's apartment is a very inviting homey atmosphere for any one passing through or planning a lengthier stay in our area you will be happy with our family friendly accommodations & price.

O’Connor House on Court Street

The O'Connor House on Court Street is perfect for family trips or business travelers! Located in the heart of Dunlap Iowa, this home features 2 bedrooms (one with king bed & one with queen bed, plus additional twin air mattress), pack-n-play & high chair, bathroom with tub/shower combo, onsite washer & dryer, dedicated office area, fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room with two recliners and love seat. All the amenities of home and more! The perfect place to kick back and relax!

Relax in the living room with a spacious 65” smart TV, or unwind after exploring nearby Preparation Canyon State Park and stunning local scenery. Ideal for families or groups seeking peaceful countryside vibes with easy access to hiking and nature. 

Grain Bin Getaway

Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Three kings (master on main level with ensuite bath), two queens, full kitchen and 3 full baths. Relax in a rocker on the porch, rejuvenate with a hike in the Loess Hills, or cruise one of three Iowa Scenic Byways.

Cozy Cottage in a Quiet Little Town

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The neighborhood is within easy reach of essential amenities, including walking distance to two local pubs, the church, the parish hall, and two town parks. Residents can enjoy the local walking/biking trail as well. Additionally, the community offers a friendly, small-town vibe, with great neighbors. Larger cities like Omaha are within a reasonable driving distance for more extensive shopping and entertainment options.

2-bedroom, 1-bathroom whole apartment Atlantic, IA

Take in the sights and explore all that Atlantic, Iowa, has to offer when you stay in this brand-new, fully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in the heart of downtown. It is on the second story of an iconic building called The Telegraph. You will have your own private entrance and access to the space with on-street parking available. The space comes with wi-fi, a roku, washer/dryer, top of the line kitchen appliances and an open concept great for entertaining.

Hilltop Hospitality House

Remodeled split-entry "Hilltop Hospitality House" was my childhood home. One hour from Omaha in the lovely Loess Hills, with beautiful lake and valley views, (sleeps ten). Three queen beds, one double bed, one sofa sleeper, full kitchen, two full baths, laundry, a spacious open floor plan for large groups, and a large deck overlooking my friendly hometown, this is a great space for groups and family gatherings. Nice studio apartment above the garage rents separately.

Great for events and big groups- My place ~ 6k sq ft, close to Dodge, 680/80. It is a quick drive to zoo, malls, airport, parks, Costco, grocery, restaurants, bars, regency, and more . You’ll love the outdoor space, seasonal pool (open after frost in March until mid October) & outdoor bar for entertainment, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small to big groups.

Charming Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in Woodbine, IA. Get away to our quaint centrally located cottage, hosting 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 pull out couch. Relax on your getaway with a massage in the leather chair, located blocks from our historic downtown area with multiple restaurants, park and health center, short drive to Willow lake. Parking includes a one car garage and 2 outdoor spaces. Come enjoy the small town peaceful life.

Large secluded home with a private drive and an amazing view! This three bedroom, three full bath home with an aviation theme, has plenty of space with a view of the Missouri River and a hot tub off of the master. Three queen beds, a twin with a twin trundle, and a pull out couch can sleep up to 10. Foosball and air hockey tables. There is a bike path at the end of the driveway and only a 7 min drive to Eppley Airfield.
