This warm, cozy home is centrally located in Boise, near Meridian & Eagle. Fully renovated, with comfy new mattresses and bedding. Large 55" TV in the family room and 32" TV in master are brand new Roku smart TVs. Backyard has a dining area, gas firepit, 6 person hot tub, and hammock. Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The master has a king-sized bed, soaker tub, and a separate shower. Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds. If you like open spaces and beautiful rim property views of the mountains and gorgeous morning sunrises and evening sunsets, walks around a ten acre walking path, access to a relaxing private lake, views of pastures where sheep (and lambs in the spring) graze and the view of pretty hens pecking around for bugs and worms providing you with farm fresh eggs for breakfast...then this is the place for you. We are pet friendly but have a two dog limit!
