Private Cottage w/Queen Bed + Lakes, golfing, etc.

Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

The Boathouse - On the Whitefish Chain of Lakes

Enjoy the beautiful sunset from your porch as you relax & sip your favorite beverage. This 2 level cabin is just steps from the waters edge & is part of the Whitefish Chain in Crosslake. It is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Crosslake has to offer. On the water, to take advantage of swimming, boating, fishing & water sports & just 5 minutes from town to enjoy golfing, tennis or shopping. Located within 1/2 mile are restaurants, bike trails, paddle boarding & boat rentals.

Quaint modern cabin set in private woodland

Escape into the forest at the Ursa Minor cabin. Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

Directly next to the trailhead of the Cuyuna Lakes State Trail. Less than a minute walk to the trail, which includes a world-class mountain bike trail system. Only 1/2 mile away from the new Sagamore Unit! Conveniently located between Crosby & Brainerd - there are endless amounts of things to do nearby!

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

The Lake Place - A-Frame on Lake Miltona w/ Sauna

The Lake Place is a brand new A-frame cabin built to share our favorite place with you! Make memories in the cozy living room with friends around the electric fireplace, climb the ladder to the 3rd story loft for the view or perfect kid’s hideout, or open the oversized patio doors to visit the lake, just steps from our back door! Located just 10-20 minutes from everything, it's a perfect getaway for an outdoorsy couple or small family. Be sure to bring your boat, you wouldn't want to miss exploring the river for 20+ miles.

Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.

Try out the snow shoes, kayaks, or drive 10 minutes to Cuyuna Rec Biking trails and the cute town of Crosby with many fun restaurants and shops to choose from.
