Welcome to Deerwood, our beautifully decorated bachelor apartment/guest suite on our acre forest lot attached to our home. The high window, vaulted pine ceiling and wood accents are sure to give you the Highland experience. There is a private entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, king bed, queen pull out bed, laundry centre, living room area, TV, internet, gas fire place, air conditioning, private deck and ample parking. This beautiful luxury cottage will just wow you from the moment you enter. Clean shallow shoreline/beach great for swimming. Has all amenities you will need and is only 25 minutes from Haliburton Town. Washer/Dryer, Wi-Fi, Lots of Parking, Large Fire Pit, Kayaks, Sleds (winter), Pedal Boat, Life Jackets, Coffee Machine (with coffee), Tea Kettle, Hot Tub, BBQ and TV. Lake is great for fishing, beautiful trails for trekking. Full linens and towels included in this spacious and serene space.

The Nest on Irondale River in Geocaching Capital

The Nest is a one room cabin with a screened in porch. There is a queen bed with sheets, queen pillows and comforter. Relax by the river or take out a kayak and paddle upstream to the rapids. After a BBQ dinner, enjoy smores at the large campfire pit. Meander the trails throughout the property and just be. Everything is here for a simple but soul restoring getaway. There is no shower and the toilet is in an outhouse.
