The villa is exactly as described! The three bedrooms upstairs all had ensuite bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with Dove products (soap/shampoo) and were very clean. We were only in town for a weekend, so we didn't cook there, but the kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of counter space. The hosts were great at communicating. The best part was the location! The view out the back was of water and a golf course and was so peaceful. The building this villa is in is right next to the pool. The beach access was easy to find and very safe (walking/bike trail will take you there with a good crosswalk to cross the one - not busy - street). It was less than a ten minute walk on a well-shaded path. If you have little ones, bring a wagon for beach gear. Parking was plentiful and close to the villa. We love Amelia Island and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely unit with beautiful ocean views from master bedroom and balcony, where we spent most evenings after a walk on the beach. Literally steps to the ocean! Clean, comfortably and attractively furnished, even better than the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with basics. Good communication by Vacasa Florida. The unit’s building was a little hard to find at first but it’s located among tree lined streets in a quiet, charming area. We would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to rebook when in the area. Great experience!

Spacious, comfortable, immaculate and well stocked with many incidentals that allow their guests to comfortably manage being away from home. Tongila and Ted are thoughtful and attentive hosts and I feel grateful for my time in their home. Thank you both for being so welcoming!

We had a wonderful stay at Sailmaker celebrating our wedding on the island. You can’t beat the view of the ocean from the balcony - we even saw dolphins one morning! The rental was spacious enough for the whole family & the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Note that no beach towels or beach accessories are provided but there are places on the island to rent or purchase.

This was our third trip to Roseann's townhouse, and it will not be our last. The unit is spacious, squeaky clean and well-maintained. Also, Roseann thinks of every detail--from extra laundry soap and paper towels to amenity kits in the bathroom. It's like being in a hotel, although with all the comforts of home. You'll love it here!

It was a lovely home that was clean and welcoming

My family and I loved being so close to the beach - it's such a quick two block walk to the beach crossover. The townhome is spacious and there is room for everyone. The kitchen is large, which enabled us to cook. Loved using the patio for having lunch and enjoying the ocean breeze. Lots of restaurants close by as well as shopping. Maya was so easy to communicate with! Thanks for a great stay in Jax Beach!

Lisa’s place was lovely, clean and the decor was creative and eclectic. The walk to the beach was so close! A few hundred feet from the front door to the steps leading to a gorgeous beach. Our dogs were provided stylish water bowls and food bowls. We appreciated the thoughtfulness to include provision for our fur babies. All the linens, towels and sheets were in perfect condition, clean and comfortable. We hope to return! Thank you Lisa!

Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families! We had an amazing 7-day stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience! We booked last minute and had no issues at all—everything went smoothly from the start. The home is incredibly family-friendly with lots of space for our kids to play and feel comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was a huge plus to have all the essentials provided—from toiletries to cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer were super convenient, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus that made our evenings even more relaxing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at ease. We would absolutely rent from him again when we come back to visit family. The location was also a huge perk—right next to a shopping center with great food options and an ice cream shop that’s a must-try. Their banana pudding ice cream was heavenly! The place was great. Only complaints is they never got back to me if we could get an early check in. So that sucked waiting around the area (since we were traveling) without any updates. The hot tub was also full of sand and debris. That was one of the main reasons we chose this property.

I could not be happier with my stay. Coastal Wave was very proactive in their communications and checking in on us to ensure all was as expected and in perfect working condition. I will definitely recommend and will stay with them again in the future.

We were a group of three Mom's who needed a quick girls weekend away. Barbara's home did not disappoint. It was peaceful, relaxing and in wonderful walking distance to everything we needed. The home had all of the amenities and was simply great. Barbara herself was communicative and a grascious host. We truly enjoyed our stay. I think the only concern we experienced was that one of the beds was more like a pullout and was not as comfortable as we wanted but short of the that it was great.

Karen’s place was an immaculate condo in a residential subdivision, had all the supplies for cooking for a family and the beds were comfortable. It got a little loud in the mornings because of the geese and the neighbors using a metal grinder, but was otherwise peaceful and quiet. Can be a bit tricky to find at night but during the day it’s no problem. I would stay there again and would definitely recommend.

The location was absolutely peaceful! The cleanliness, Host friendliness, comfortable rooms, and private yet convenient locations made my trip amazing. The decor and live plants around the home made my morning!!! I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great activities options nearby. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely will be coming back in the next couple of months.

Roland was a fantastic host! He was extremely responsive, very flexible, and even gave suggestions of things to do. The home was as described and pictured. Close to shopping, Mayport Naval Base, beaches, and centrally located. The outside esthetics isn't all that great, but don't judge a book by it's cover. The neighborhood is quiet and locals friendly. My family and I were very happy and would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and beautiful beach villa. Plenty of space and large rooms. Limited parking was our only downside, only room for two vehicles and parking along street could be difficult depending on time of day/year. Otherwise the location and villa itself was awesome and we would definitely stay again.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. My family was there for 5 weeks and we enjoyed every minute of it. Very clean and organized. Easy access to freeways, beaches, shopping and restaurants. I would recommend staying here.

This was a great stay for my family and I. The condo is only about three blocks to the beach. Very convenient location on Jax beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.
