Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. Enjoy a bubble bath overlooking the countryside, sip a coffee on the deck or sit by the fire pit under the stars. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Self-served continental/ self cooked breakfast is included in your stay. Wedding night packages are also available

“PET FRIENDLY” 5 min walk to pristine 90-mile beach. The home offers a relaxing seaside holiday. Ideal all year-round holidaying. Bring fishing rods & golf clubs to play a round with the kangaroos. Elevated west facing takes in the sunsets while listening to the sound of the surf. Enjoy a BBQ & star gaze while you enjoy a quiet drink on the gated veranda to keep small kids and dogs safe. Luxury on Lansdowne

Upmarket accommodation for the more discerning! King bed in lovely surrounds with luxury ensuite and private lounge room TV & heating. Guests enjoy the adjoining private dining room & open fire. Firewood is unavailable but can be purchased from any service station. Kitchen is in the rear section but not available for guests use unless requested. A 2 min walk to Lake Guthridge & Botanical Gardens. The hospital only a 5 min walk and 600 metres will get you to the CBD. Come enjoy the ambiance!
