The apartment has a cozy design and is fully equipped with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and a balcony with sea view from the 5th floor. The apartment has Air-Conditioned, WiFi, Parking, etc. You find nearby most of Durres restaurants, bars, activities, transportation, and the beach which is a 1 min walk from the apartment.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. The apartment its new and renovated with everything new inside and very comfortable for a family of 5-6 person. Second floor 1+1 69 m2 in the second line of beach promenade just 30 seconds away of the beach by walking. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay ( bed linen, towels, shampoo, toilet papers , kitchenette , kitchen utensils. Youll feel like home 😊

This is a 60m2 apartment located in the first line of buildings in front of the beach. You will enjoy breakfast at the balcony with a gorgeous sunrise view and a fresh breeze or sip a glass of wine while enjoying the orange sunset. It is a very lively area full of restaurants with loads of interesting local foods, bars and food markets. There is a Flea Market right on the main road, which offers loads of local goods and souvenirs.

Breeze Seaview Apartment

This spacious apartment is located in the Shkëmbi i Kavajës area, just next to the sea. While the area is vibrant with plenty of bars, markets, and restaurants during the summer, it remains a quieter part of the area. In winter, most facilities are closed, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator.
