There are also private villas among e great forest, full of fresh air and a paradise quite. Modern new flat in villa, sea front and private beach and clean sand. Located minutes from Durres. The flat features a breathtaking view and amazing sunsets. Composed by one big living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful veranda is a hidden gem of Durres.

The House is only 50 meters from the beach and with all the amenities close to the neighbor. Its located 23 km from Tirana Airport and 9 km from Old Town of Durres.
