Large kitchen perfect for a large group stay. Short or long-term stays allowed. Conveniently located less than two miles or about a 5 min drive from grocery stores and restaurants; 9 minutes away from Downtown Durham. Although shops & restaurants are only a 5 minute drive away, the area feels peaceful & secluded.

Guest Suite: Artist studio turned into loft.

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. The open-concept design and high balcony ledge are unsuitable for children under the age of 10.
