Centrally located , brand new construction with two master bed rooms and a third bed room and fourth room a loft with day bed and Trundle only minutes away from International airport (RDU) and RTP...Duke, UNC chapel Hill, NCU, down town Raleigh and a minute away from all the international hotels like Marriott courtyard inn, comfort Inn, Residence Inn, double tree suites etc etc also to south point mall, restaurants and access to several HWYS. Party or any kind of celebrations not allowed.

A few minutes walk to Duke, the Cookery, downtown Durham. 6-minute walk to diner, coffee shop, food co-op. Our solar-powered 1936 home has a sunny LR, DR and kitchen. The cozy den has a foldout sofa and vintage rocker. 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, desks and vintage armoires. Front porch with rocking chairs looks out over a garden of herbs and fragrant flowers maintained by the host, an award-winning garden designer. Deck with grill and table overlooks gardens and woods.

Cheerful 3 BR home in South Durham near everything

You'll be close to everything at this centrally-located South Durham home on a quiet cul de sac. Brand new flooring throughout the house! Dog friendly with a spacious fenced in back yard and screened in porch. The house is located one mile from the main highway and 10-20 minutes from Duke, UNC, Raleigh, RTP and more. You'll also be walking distance from a playground, dog park, grocery stores, restaurants, local coffee shop, and the Tobacco Trail.

Renewed classic home in the most central location in all of Durham. Peaceful tree-lined community just outside of downtown but walkable to coffee, beer, and the best food in town. 10 minutes or less to Duke campus, Duke hospital, downtown Durham. 20 minutes to RTP, UNC, and RDU airport. Located in the Rockwood/Lakewood neighborhoods walkable to all the foodie highlights. NO SMOKING. Do not book if you or your guests plan to smoke.

Cheerful cottage w/ 1st floor BR near UNC and Duke

Lovely retreat in an amazing location, one of Durham's best neighborhoods, only six miles to UNC, six miles to Duke and 12 miles to RDU airport. Three bedrooms and two full baths, with an amazing back yard and miles of walking paths through the safe wooded neighborhood, complete with playgrounds, playing fields, and restaurants and shops at both ends of the neighborhood. Very convenient to RTP, I-40 and Southpoint Mall.
