Relax and unwind in our peaceful getaway nestled in the timber pines of northern Dunsmuir. Enjoy your stay in this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, very close to the Mt. Shasta Ski Resort, and several well know waterfalls. This home has recently been fully remodeled, with a new Hot Springs hot tub. This home offers a Cal King bed in the upstairs bedroom, queen size beds in each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, and an extra fold out queen size bed if needed. Great location in the best part of town!

All furnishings are new & are "rustic modern" in style. The house is 1,260 Sq ft. The new appliances & wifi, TV, & front door entry lock - make this a very user- friendly home. A unique property that sits on the Sacramento River. Whether you want to dine outside on the outdoor table overlooking the river, or just relax and listen to it run, the options are endless. The house is 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom with a large living room and open kitchen/dining. Fish from your deck, or walk down and sit/soak in the bank of the river. Dunsmuir charmer located just across the Sacramento River. Just a short walking distance away you'll find Dunsmuir's best eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, and the local brewery. Whether you spend the day hiking to the peak of Castle Crags or snowboarding at Mt. Shasta Ski Park, you'll come home to a cozy wood-burning stove. The PCT is an 8 minute drive, Mt. Shasta City is a 8-10 min drive, and McCloud/Mt. Shasta Ski Park is just a 20-25 beautiful drive.
