You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. We've created a private little one-bedroom homestay in our backyard. You have your very own private outdoor area to BBQ or enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. Reverse cycle system inside to keep you comfortable during those hot summer days & cold wintery nights. You'll also have the enjoyment of a smart TV in both your bedroom and lounge area. Not to mention it's all been beautifully styled with our retro furniture and trinkets.

The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The Dunsborough Boathouse

Positioned in a quiet street & walking distance to Quindalup beach we offer 2 private cabins... perfectly suited to those seeking quiet time to rest your body in a 5 star setting. On offer are complimentary Netflix, tandem bike or 2 single bikes plus a SUP board with beach towels, bubbles/wine, chocolates, biscuits, a selection of milks, tea & coffee. Centrally located to many tourist attractions and 2mins drive into Dunsborough town. Book a memorable experience & let us spoil you ♡♡♡

The Palms Studio with 2p sauna and tropical garden

THE PALMS studio is the perfect gateway down south for those looking to relax and unwind in a comfortable setting, close to town. Inside, you'll find a welcoming and cozy space tastefully decorated with a vintage seaside touch, providing a peaceful atmosphere for you to enjoy. Step outside and you'll find our IR sauna (2 person max) on the deck surrounded by a lush tropical garden, making it the ideal place to kick back and relax after a day of adventuring in the beautiful surroundings.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Fresh Towels - Linen - Bottled water - tea & coffee supplied. Private Front Door access at all times.

Large room with super comfy king size bed. You have your own entrance and a private courtyard at your disposal, where you can enjoy an arvo drink Self-contained unit at the front of the house. Located on quiet street, with all necessary amenities a short stroll away. 500m to coles shopping centre Yari, Blue Mana, Lady Lola Bar&Bungalow Social. 1.3km to Dunsborough beach. We live at the rear of the house. You can come and go as you please and only see us if you wish to say hello

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay.
