We are centrally located to all that Sacramento has to offer! Flooded with tons of natural light, our bright bungalow can accommodate a solo traveler or a couple/ friends for the weekend. Welcome to Woodland! Our converted Master Bedroom Studio unit comes with a Queen bed and full bathroom w/walk-in shower. Private side entry. Amenities include mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, fresh towels & linens, complimentary water & coffee. Driveway parking available. Close to Sacramento Int’l Airport (15 min), UCDavis (11 min), Golden1 Stadium (20 min), Cache Creek Casino (35 min). Accessible to I-5, Hwy 113 & Hwy 16. We our located in a residential area w/easy shops and restaurants.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

Welcome home to your cozy suite in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located 15 minutes from the Sacramento Airport, 15 minutes from UC Davis, and 5 minutes from Woodland's historic Main St. You'll have access to the entire suite with a private entrance and ample street parking. Sit out on the patio and enjoy complimentary coffee or relax on the couch with your Roku TV set up to easily sign in to all your streaming apps. Bringing more than 2 guests? Your couch folds out into a queen size bed.

This peaceful and centrally-located space is nestled among a century old oak tree and a redwood in the downtown area of charming Woodland. Only 14 minutes from Sacramento International Airport and 4 blocks from Woodland's Main street coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The space is a private home and guests have sole access to the whole property. Host lives next door and is available for support. Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
