Bayview House - Beautiful Family Friendly Home With a View

Enjoy beautiful views of the bay and stunning sunsets through the large picture windows that welcome you to Bayview House. Observe the local wildlife including deer and a variety of birds while you sip your morning coffee. The waterfront outdoor fire pit is a perfect place to roast s’mores and relax after a day of adventures to nearby beaches, lakes, dunes and endless hiking trails. Everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal is provided in the bright and fully equipped kitchen. Memory foam topped beds, 100% cotton linens, and fluffy towels help to ensure a comfortable stay. You will find everything you need to feel right at home including SMART televisions with cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, a game room with foosball table, and plenty of board games, puzzles, books and children’s toys. Bayview Home is an ideal place for a family or group of friends to enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview House may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview Cottage, a smaller home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! Bayview home has a beautiful outdoor area that includes a fire-pit, bench, and table. During high-tide you can Stand Up Paddle or kayak right from the back yard. There are trails that head around the bay. Wildlife including egrets, deer, and geese often visit right out back! I am available by phone, text or email at anytime during your stay. I live nearby if you need anything while you are at the house. The house is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport. The house is fully handicap accessible with a ramp up to the front door and extra wide doors throughout the house. Please also note there is no barrier between the yard and the water (at high tide). Children will need to be supervised to ensure safety.

The Surf House w/ private beach access & hot tub!

The Surf House offers special access to one of the wildest and most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast. Perched on the bluffs between Heceta Head and Cape Perpetua, it offers a serene & spectacular oceanfront experience. Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

"Uncle Joe's Place" Cozy Cottage with Water View

Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Looking over the river, sand dunes and the ocean, this stunning 3 bd Cape Cod home captures views from every room!! The open floor plan and interior decor makes it easy to entertain with a chefs kitchen. The patio is exposed to the elements of the Oregon Coast and captivates it’s wildlife and natural beauty. This home is equipped for entering inside and out with a jacuzzi situated off the master bedroom. Don’t forget to enjoy the river rock fireplace for those cooler evenings. We welcome you!

Sitting on nearly two acres of river front land, this tiny cabin is packed with charm. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Siuslaw River out of the large picture windows. This property is the perfect place to unplug from technology and plug into the great outdoors. Relax in the jacuzzi nestled in a grove of mature firs. Wander the orchard and taste the sun ripened seasonal fruits. Bring your fishing pole and catch a fresh salmon for supper. Leave your worries behind and come unwind at the cabin.

Wake up to magnificent sunrises out your bedroom window, lovely grass Lawn down to the lake, 2 docks, Jet Ski ramp, Sandy Beach & BBQ. After a fun day on the Lake or Exploring ALL the Oregon Coast has to offer, Come Home to Paradise!

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

This home is a short 7-minute walk to Old Town Florence with dining, bars, shops, and Port of Siuslaw. It's ranch-style, riverfront, and has gorgeous views of the river, dunes, and sunsets. The beautiful bridge is front and center from the river beach behind the property. Activities like golf, dune buggies, hiking, sightseeing and a casino, are a short drive away, and Heceta Beach is just up the road. Or relax on the deck and watch the wildlife and boats go by!

Dock your boat or have fun with sup, kayak and canoes. 100 yard paddle east to the second largest lake on the oregon coast. Or paddle west 2 miles on the Relaxed river to the ocean where you can then get out and play on the beach! Bird watch as you catch your fish. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil place.

The Riverview Cottage is a little slice of heaven. Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property, and can sleep up to four people.
