Microwave, jug, bar fridge, wine glasses and basic crockery/cutlery to heat takeaways. Not a kitchen.

We renovated a 158-year-old historic building in downtown Dunedin and turned it into a European-style apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city: one block to the Octagon, the beating heart of Dunedin, the apartment is perched above a working ceramic studio and is handily placed between the Dowling Street galleries and Moray Place.
