Surrounding and ocean view is spot on. Worth spending 6/5. Location 5/5 Peaceful beautiful society, for people looking for great personal time with peace and no crowd. This is the place. But only for 2 maximum occupancy. Inside Property is good and matches the price range. Only one suggested recommendation to have an AC in the TV room will be great.everything else is good

Great hosts and a beautiful spot out of the busy Runaway Bay town center. Its up in the hills so you need your own transportation to get around. Also might want to make sure you have food for the evenings and mornings. The kitchen is great and the washer is good too. Loved the space to be myself and explore the northside of Jamaica. Its a beautiful location.

I found Ricord and his assistant to be particularly responsive. The place is as depicted in the photos and the area is peaceful. If I had to visit this area again, I would likely return to this spot if it is available.

This unit is a definite rare find! Our unit was so fresh, bright and airy and set the tone for good vibes. The space was as pictured and the view of the ocean was the best! We had a memorable stay in this thriving community especially meeting with the great locals. we would definitely stay again. Our host and Co host were responsive and very helpful. They even assisted with coordinating and providing information on local excursions. Super experience!

My fiance and I have stayed in MS. Rhona's home numerous times and will continue to go back. Ms. Rhona is always proactive, super friendly, accommodating and always responsive. The location is quiet and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful! Each space available is always super clean and with the amenities you require! All you need! It is recommended to have a vehicle to get around or a local resident to assist but once you stay here, you won't want to stay anywhere else!

We had a great stay in Jamaica thanks to Sherri's accommodation. Well located barely 20 minutes from the airport, this place is perfect for those who rent a car and who want to be in a central point of the main attractions of Jamaica. Sea view directly from the balcony or a 5min walk to a small beach. Sherri is a sociable and helpful host. 👌

I stayed there my birthday week and I have absolutely no regret the place was literally minutes away from all the excursions we booked, the home was very clean, all appliances and amenities were functional and the host was really great, would definitely recommend and I would stay there again. Security excellent 100%

My stay was amazing for the second time at Marlene’s place. Marlene is an amazing host!! Extremely accommodating, and very responsive. The neighborhood is beautiful and the surroundings are very warm. I am looking forward to staying at Marlene’s place again very soon.

I must say the house is exactly as the photo or better yet said the photo did the property no justice. Way more beautiful and clean. Simmy was very responsive and helpful through the entire process from booking, check in to check out. the location is very private and peaceful. I really do recommend this place with a A 1 host

Like i said, the photos did not do the place justice, it was fabulous. Lots of outdoor space, locations so i wasnt trapped inside the house. The view is beautiful looking out on the Caribbean sea. Nicholas responded immediately. Guests get free access to Puerto Sico beach, but it is closed on Monday and Tuesday, so plan excursions for those days. The water is warm and amazing. I will definitely stay here again, and will recommend his house to family and friends. It was a good time, thanks Nicholas.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this property! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Dionne's place was immaculately furnished and a perfect place to stay. This place is definitely great value and I will be back in the future. I love how modern the apartment was, loved the taste in the interior design, loved the proximity to restaurants and attractions, loved the water pressure especially (the shower was amazing), and finally I love all the little fine details made it a spectacular stay.

We all had a truly magical time staying at Noble House, a perfect start to our holiday. For info, our party included my mum, sister, hubby & our teenage daughters. Dr V. is an exceptionally great host, warm, friendly, responsive, helpfclear communicator, she literally has thought of everything to ensure her guests have great stay. We felt right at home. Noble House is safe, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, fully equipped and to a high standard. Oh my, the beds are so comfy, gorgeously soft linen too. The beach towels, board games, luxury toiletries, amongst all the great extras. Richmond Estate is close to but not in the midst of the tourist hubs, making our stay quiet and relaxing, much needed returning after a long day of activities. We even made friends with the neighbours too. Everyone is warm and friendly. We cannot thank Dr V. enough for being such an incredibly wonderful host!! We highly recommend Noble House and will definitely return without hesitation!

My stay was totally pleasant, the space is very comfortable and homely, functional, the view is beautiful, the service is always available to improve at any time; I would love to come back!

Where do I start? Getting into the house was easy. Walking in was taking a breath of fresh air. I instantly felt like I was home. There was a convenient store which if they didn't have what we needed, the store owner went and got it and brought it for us the next day. There was also a nice restaurant with great authentic food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location was perfect and also quiet and peaceful, away from the noise but also close enough to the hip strip if needed. Wendy and Hank were very watchful and assisted us in everything we needed. Our conversations were like speaking to a family member. I left something behind and they reached out to me and offered to put it up in storage. Overall, my experience was amazing and bittersweet. I did not want to leave. The views are eye capturing and looked as if I was looking at a wallpaper on a computer screen. Would I recommend? Is that even a question. Are you questioning booking? Why? BOOK IT!

The individual units are maintained properly but the exterior common areas need maintenance, especially the courtyard and walkway tiles. The pool area is dilapidated, and the property managers need to upgrade and remodel the bar and shaded areas. However, the property is a beautiful location.

Greta place to stay! Awesome to be on a property and this has to be one of the best room locations you can get at the Jewel grande. Dacia was super responsive the whole time and even helped us arrange transport to and from the airport. Highly recommend!

My flight was really delayed so I missed the check in time. Though I was extremely frustrated, I communicated everything with Kayann and she was very responsive and made arrangements for me to be able to check in when I arrived. I was surprised that it was as pictured. Very quiet residential area. Very modern decor and it is laid out very nicely. The unit is upstairs and there is no elevator but I didn’t find it to be an issue, just a little workout when toting luggage lol. The location is perfect! I did all of the major tourist attractions, as well as I visited a few local bars etc. Everything was within a 10-20 minute drive. Kayann also gave really good suggestions about things to do and places to visit. I was a little nervous about there not being any blankets because there are ac units in the place, but I didn’t need the ac as it was fairly cool during my stay. I did however give the recommended to Kayann, and she was open to my suggestion. Overall a great stay!
