Captain's Quarters is a modernized guest accommodation with ocean views. It is set on one level and benefits from a full kitchen. New heat pumps/ air-conditioning or sit back and relax in front of the modern wood burner. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower, a bidet toilet and relaxing mood lighting. Dine in the light and airy open plan kitchen /diner and lounge with direct access to the panoramic decking to enjoy the views of the Harbour, complete with a gas fired BBQ and fire pit.

Beautiful A/C Condo Suite. Walkable distance to business district, universities, waterfront, restaurants, nightlife, café's, shopping and parks. Condo is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belongings will in be Condo) All pets must be approved before booking. Parking is free on street with a few limits (weekly street cleaning) posted on street signs. Parking is not an issue.
